Refund Policy

When credits come back automatically, when a pack can be refunded, and how to ask: failed renders cost nothing, unused packs within 7 days.

Every video on Ozil Goal AI Generator is rendered on a paid AI model, so there is no free trial. In return, you never pay for a video you did not get.

The short version

A render that fails on our side costs nothing: its credits go back to your balance automatically, no request needed.
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, in full.
Credits already spent on a finished video are not refundable, because the render has been paid for. If a video is clearly broken, write to us and we will look at it.

Failed renders

If the video model returns an error, times out, or the render never finishes, the run is marked failed and its credits are returned automatically. You can see this in My videos.

Write to support@ozilgoalaigenerator.com within 7 days of buying with the email on your account. If none of the pack's credits were used, we refund the whole payment to the original card. If some were used, we refund the unused share.

A video that came out broken

AI results vary. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example the face is not the person in the photo, or the picture is corrupted), write to support@ozilgoalaigenerator.com within 7 days with the video, and we will either return the credits or render it again. Results that are fine but not to your taste are not covered; try a clearer photo.

How long a refund takes

We answer within two working days. Card refunds usually reach your statement in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it is resolved.
