Questions about paying
Is there a free trial?+
No. Every video is rendered on a paid AI video model, so there is no free version and no sign-up credit. You can upload a photo and look at the examples before paying.
Do credits expire?+
No. Buy a pack today and use it whenever the next trend comes along.
What if a video fails?+
If a render fails on our side, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You only pay for videos you get.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a finished video are not refundable; if the video is clearly broken, write to us and we will look at it. See the refund policy for details.
Is there a watermark?+
No watermark from us on any paid video.
How do I pay?+
By card through our payment provider's secure checkout. It is a one-time charge; nothing renews.
